  1. Master the Fundamentals: Develop And Learn The Building Blocks of Boxing. Acquire A Technical Understanding Of Footwork, Offense, Defense, etc.

  2. Intermediate/Expert/Pro Coaching Offered

  3. Pad Work/Focus Mitt Work

  4. Heavy Bag Training: Specific Drills, Precision Workouts, and How To Maximize Your Bag Work

  5. Strength & Conditioning Plan: Boxing-Specific Workouts/Movements/Exercises Outside Of The Ring

  6. Sparring Sessions (experience-based)

  7. Fight Preparation & Ringside Coaching (If your goal is to compete)
